OLD ANGLISH TEE

Old English. Anenberg attitude.

The Old Anglish Tee strips things down to two marks and lets the print itself do the work. Built around Anenberg’s take on traditional Old English lettering, the design combines a small Old English “A” on the front with an oversized Anenberg wordmark stretching across the upper back.

Both graphics are printed in black puff ink on black, creating a tonal design that changes depending on the light and viewing angle. Instead of relying on contrasting color, the artwork gets its presence from dimension. As the puff ink expands during curing, it rises away from the fabric and gives the lettering a thick, tactile surface you can actually feel.

The back print pushes the effect further. The oversized Anenberg lettering runs shoulder to shoulder, turning a simple black on black logo treatment into something much more aggressive without losing the understated monochromatic look.

THE PRINT

Old Anglish is all about puff.

Unlike a standard flat plastisol print, puff ink contains an expanding agent that activates when the garment is cured. The ink rises from the surface of the shirt, producing the dimensional, slightly rounded texture that defines this piece.

Because the artwork stays black on black, shadows and highlights created by the raised ink become part of the design. From certain angles it almost disappears into the garment; from others, the dimensional lettering jumps off the shirt.

THE TEE

Old Anglish is printed on our standard Next Level 1810 Ideal Tee, constructed from 100% carded ring-spun cotton with a substantial 5.6 oz / 185 GSM, 24-singles jersey.

The regular fit gives the shirt a clean everyday silhouette while providing enough structure for the oversized puff treatment across the shoulders.

Length: Measured from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem.
